Program Overview

About Western’s RN-to-BSN Program

Offered through the Woodring College of Education, Western’s RN-to-BSN Program is based directly upon the collaboration between multiple educational institutions, healthcare advocates and practice partners.  As a result of these collaborations, students experience a needs-driven, community-built model that allows them to engage directly with the public as they address issues of social justice and devise new ways of delivering healthcare.

This collaborative spirit is gaining national recognition as a state-of-the-art approach to nursing education.

Currently we offer admission for Fall quarter on the main Bellingham campus.  We admit students as a cohort and our program runs year round (which includes Summer quarter).
