Join the Martinez Fellowship Program

The Martinez Fellowship Program supports aspiring and early-career Teachers of Color across Washington State. In partnership with local colleges and universities, the Fellowship provides community, resources, early-career coaching, and professional development for candidates pursuing a BA in Education, a master’s in teaching, or alternate route to certification.

Fellows engage in a learning community rooted in Liberation Pedagogy, exploring identity, building leadership skills, and advocating educational equity. If you are passionate about teaching through a multicultural lens and making a difference in under-served communities, the Martinez Fellowship offers a supportive pathway into the profession.
