Steps to Apply For Graduation

 

  1. Begin by requesting a major or minor evaluation. Email eled@wwu.edu with your W# and specify whether you need a Major or Minor Evaluation. After your request, you may be asked to provide the information from page two of the degree application, which lists the courses you still need to complete.
     
  2. Visit Degree Application Website from the Registrar's Office to fill out the Degree Application. Apply before the deadline to avoid late fees. In addition to the $65 Degree Application Fee, there is also a $80 Woodring Certification Processing fee.  Both fees will be charged to your student account.
     
  3. Email eled@wwu.edu your request for a major/minor evaluation and include the information from page two of the degree application and your W#.
     
  4. Obtain any additional major or minor evaluations following those specific departments information located on their websites.
     
  5. After all major and minor evaluations have been entered into Degreeworks, then you can submit your degree application following the instructions on page 1 of the application form.
