Special Education Teacher with English Language Learners (ELL) Endorsement Program Overview
If you want to be a special education teacher who is also prepared to teach multilingual learners - the fastest growing student population in the public school system - this is the program for you.
At the end of your program, you will be qualified to apply for two endorsements in special education (P-12) and ELL (English Language Learners). These endorsements prepare you to be a special education teacher (e.g., resource room) with expert knowledge of general classroom operations and communications, as well as expertise in the delivery of instruction to multilingual youth.
