About

I have been teaching the IT442 class for 8 years because I believe that technology plays an important role in teaching and learning. I want to help prepare our future teachers to be comfortable enough with technology to adapt to the fast paced changes that come with new innovations like AI. Technology should be used in balance with other strategies and tools but can’t be ignored if we want to prepare our students for a digital world. 

I’m currently the Director of Learning Management Services at Everett School District. My focus there is on providing professional development to teachers to learn new tools and integrate their new skills into their classroom.
