Fun facts about me as a human-
I am a wife/partner and a mama to two children and have two rescue pups as well. I’m often described as a thoughtful communicator, loving, resourceful, and empathetic. I’m also known for my candor and my ability to find humor, joy, or at least a silver lining in any situation. I love to ground myself in nature (when it's warm out) and enjoy paddling boarding/being on the water too!

Our youngest (son) is graduating high school this year-he's a senior-we can't believe it!!!!

Earlier in life, I taught piano and worked as a barista-passions that live on in my love for music and coffee. I don’t take myself too seriously and try to bring optimism into all that I do. At the same time, I carry a strong sense of justice. While I listen to understand and assume positive intent, I believe in addressing harmful impacts when they arise, engaging in courageous conversations with honesty and care (Singleton, 2014).
