Recipients shall be enrolled as graduate students, with at least 12 credits in the Adult and Higher Education Program of Woodring College of Education. Recipients must show outstanding achievement as evidenced by excellence in academic activities, contributions to the seminar process, and dedication to student growth and development.  Recipients must exhibit sensitivity to and understanding of creative humanistic endeavors while concurrently striving to discover and expand new knowledge and methods for effective interpersonal and group interaction.
