The primary purpose of this scholarship is to attract and retain students with superior promise in the Woodring College of Education.  

Cyndie Shepard Compass 2 Campus Lead Mentor Scholarship *

The purpose of this scholarship is to provide support for students who are, or will be, serving their second year as a lead mentor for the Compass 2 Campus program.  Preference is to be made to applicants who demonstrate financial need (please submit a short statement of financial need) and exceptional leadership in, and contribution to the Compass 2 Campus program.

Paul and Jeannette Woodring Scholarship*

The Paul and Jeannette Woodring Scholarship supports underrepresented students who are pursuing a career in education or Human Services.   The scholarship is automatically awarded to students who were selected as Future Woodring Scholars or recruited through the Maestros Para El Pueblo & Recruiting Washington Teachers programs and are participating in certain first year experiences (FIGS).
