Volunteer Mentor with LIHI
Meet once a week with a LIHI resident to work on developing basic computer literacy skills such as typing, writing an e-mail, or using an internet browser. Other subjects may include resume writing, interviewing skills, becoming familiar with American culture, and development of soft skills.
There are other ways to get involved with LIHI such as volunteering with their weekly homework club or at the Urban Rest Stop in downtown Seattle.
